Bank Statement: Early Concepts

Prior ethnographic research for this client had revealed that the print statement was an underleveraged touchpoint for engaging with consumers. As the client prepared to launch a new product geared toward a debt-savvy, rewards-focused demographic, we were asked to conduct a short, focused project to understand the possibilities of print among a customer base and industry increasingly migrating online.
