House of Innovation Branding and Retail Packaging

The flagship House of Innovation opened in NYC in November 2018. Highlighting Nike's inherent innovative process, the store brought the consumer’s digital experience together with "in real life" actualization from product discovery and purchase to a "Makers" lab in the store. NYC was the first store to open globally, our work was applied to everything that followed.

Working with Nike’s Global Brand Packaging and Global Retail Groups our team developed a retail packaging system founded in sustainable practices; Eliminating single-use plastic shopping bags and developing a reusable shopping bag. The system was built to scale for Nike’s global store strategy. This enabled us to work with Nike Procurement on a global system that centralized printing and materials creating cost efficiencies in the process.

This process was so unique, it was fast and collaborative. Ideation was shared between cross functional teams which provided a cohesive in-store experience.
