CORE had a vision: to go beyond posting listings and create an online presence that embodied the culture, people, and vibrant stories of New York City. Our mission was to transform their brand into a unique voice in the real estate space—one that people would follow, engage with, and talk about. Over the last 11 months, we successfully executed a strategy that grew CORE’s social media footprint by 1,400%, firmly positioning the company as a leading authority in NYC real estate.

We gave followers a peek behind the curtain by sharing employee spotlights, office life, and real stories from CORE agents. These posts helped humanize the brand, fostering a sense of trust and authenticity.

Showcasing Unique Properties and Architecture:
While listings were still part of the strategy, we showcased them with an artistic touch, focusing on the design, architecture, and the stories behind the homes. This elevated the perception of CORE’s listings, turning them into aspirational content that resonated with the audience.

Building Engagement: Getting People Involved
We knew that engagement would be critical to achieving our growth goals. To encourage followers to interact with the brand, we implemented:
