Archrival is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist, Digital in Remote.
YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:
+ Creatively solve problems, thinking across all possible consumer touch points that could include but are not limited to: brand initiatives, product launches and advertising campaigns across mobile, digital, social, traditional, environmental and experiential in-person activations.
+ Collaborate with team members to synthesize insights and develop premium digital social strategies, big ideas and execution to meet our client needs.
Provide subject matter expertise on social strategies, digital platforms, and Gen Z media consumption.
+ Assist and occasionally lead in the development of creative activations for new and current clients.
+ Champion projects through execution stages to ensure creative excellence is upheld.
+ Assist or lead the development of visually strong, compelling decks.
+ Present work to current, new and prospect clients and advocate for great ideas that push boundaries.
+ Be a strong collaborator on creative projects.
+ Travel and be on location for certain activations or trainings.
+ Maintain a strong understanding of youth culture and trends, as well as a strong understanding of the advertising, marketing, and technology landscape.
+ Provide thought leadership internally and for clients around emerging platforms and digital innovation.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
+ Experience as a digital/social strategist—2 years is a minimum marker.
+ A rich knowledge of digital and social best practices.
+ Strong understanding of social media and the various tools and platforms.
+ Experience working on influencer and field marketing campaigns is a plus.
+ Knowledge of paid search, SEO, and social media advertising, and experience working with media vendors.
+ Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
+ Undying passion for youth and consumer culture.
+ Strong communicator who interacts with clients and colleagues in a positive and inspiring manner.
