Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attend and help at customer design meetings on occasion
• Prepare paint and interior design concepts for customers
• Update renderings throughout the design process
• Communicate all necessary reporting of designs with sales and manufacturing team.
• Work closely with in house departments to follow boat and project progress.
• Complete all necessary continued education as required.
• Communicate with customer about build process from sale to delivery.
• Create marketing creative for digital & print.
• Create designs for promotional apparel.
• Guide and assist customers through the design process.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communications.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of MTI products.
• Has discretion regarding customer privacy.
