About

As a Jr. Creative Project Manager, the primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):

Ensure all project timelines are up-to-date in the Creative Team Calendar, Airtable, in the original briefs so our partners has easily track along
Tracking and facilitating the scheduling of briefings & reviews - agreed timings are adhered to, including following up on feedback if not received during the agreed upon timings
Update daily work schedules for all Creative Team members & managing rounds of review of work from Creative to the channel owners
General admin support when appropriate (ie. asset management, booking meetings with broader Flamingo Team, diary coordination, and ensuring all invoices, contacts, round of revisions are tracked and catalogued appropriately in Creative Team Google Drive)
Build strong relationships both within the Creative Team and wider Flamingo Team to understand project needs
Collaborates effectively with internal and external teams, to produce Creative Assets that deliver to brand-specific goals
