JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Client Services with day-to-day account management and new business
- Manage client expectations inclusive of budgeting, scope, timing, schedules and process
- Conduct competitive research for pitches and awarded campaigns
- Identify solutions for client business needs
- Provide oversight of content calendars and ensure campaign execution is effective and goals are met
- Understanding of staffing and scoping requirements
- Manage the costs, deliverables and staffing resources
- Project management/workflow and reporting
- Maintains client status reports, change orders and other documents as required
- Work with the team to coordinate, prepare all deliverables needed for client presentations
- Efficiently runs client and production calls and meetings with with the knowledge and confidence that ensures client trust
- Develop project plans, strategies, timelines, and status reports for internal and external meetings
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and results analysis
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
3+ Years of Experience
On the pulse of social/cultural trends
Understanding of industry best practices
Ability to work independently, proactively, collaboratively, and effectively under pressure
