We are open to remote candidates anywhere in the US, with a preference for Austin, TX and Denver/Boulder CO areas. Candidates will need to be able to work some west coast hours.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with an Art Director and Creative Director to concept big ideas for marketing campaigns
• Translate ideas across a variety of mediums, including social ads, online banners, videos, occasionally creative content, and more
• Offer sound strategic thinking and deliver work that is on strategy and on brief
• Present ideas and creative messaging internally and to clients
• Keep up to date with the latest innovations in B2B tech, creative, and content
• Write excellent short form and longform copy – confidently writing both 5-word headlines and 5-page eBooks.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of ad/marketing agency experience
• Previous experience with technology brands and B2B a plus
• Online portfolio of recent, diverse work
• Exceptional creative writing skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Highly responsible, collaborative and self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to listen and empathise with team, clients and their customers
