EasyKnock is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer in New York, NY, USA.


Who You Are:
-A senior UX designer with 8+ years of experience designing for web-based retail products.
-Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating complex research, data, and customer strategies into innovative end-to-end experience design concepts that consider all customer touchpoints and channels.
-Experience with branding, digital design, product design, interactive design, motion design, presentation design, and overall experience design.
-Ability to lead a large-scale initiative, prioritizing work accordingly and taking ownership of completion.
-Critical and detail-oriented designer and expert storyteller.
-Design solutions that communicate clearly through a range of mediums.
-Up-to-date with emerging technologies and able to draw a line connecting them to customer experience opportunities.
-Ability to think conceptually and systematically, considering the 'big picture' and designing for scalability while ensuring quality and detail at a granular level.
-Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches.
-Champion and implement UX/UI methodologies and tools including but not limited to; journey mapping, storyboarding, personas, etc.

-Create an amazing user experience that engages, enlightens and transforms our customers’ lives.
-Own the UX and UI decisions and delivery across the entire digital customer journey.
-Deliver innovative solutions to user problems in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
-Manage the design aspect of our agile environment, hand in hand with our product and technology team.
-Hire, cultivate, manage and grow an internal design team and work with outside agencies.
-Utilize the latest design and prototyping software and tools: Figma or Sketch, Zeplin, -Adobe XD, Photoshop, Jira, Slack, Agile
