In general we want to be different, we want to challenge things at their base principles and be disruptive.

We need someone who's creative, engaging and can work at fast paced across multiple projects. You're day to day might be working on our design system, looking at our user research and iterating, prototyping, running a design sprint to solve complex problems, whipping up landing pages and generally making things look much better.

The manufacturing software market is dusty and old. We need to bring the best consumer level software experience to the market, one that's intuitive, interactive, feedback driven, minimal and data rich.
