The new Super Chewer Designer will be a conceptual and visual storyteller, defining style, typography, photography, and color in an array of marketing creative.

Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee cutting edge creative work
- Collaborate with copy teams to develop outstanding creative concepts
- Collaborate with internal photography teams to develop original, compelling campaign materials
- Collaborate with growth channel leads to develop and test different creative executions, iterate and bring learnings into each new creative assignment
- Work closely with product designers and other stakeholders to further develop and advance the Super Chewer brand and visual identity
- Manage design quality throughout all phases of a project
- Speak articulately and collaborate with digital marketing team members, content writers, and developers

Qualifications
- Have a portfolio of successfully launched work that demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
- Exhibit significant experience in digital design, including typography and layout, user experiences for mobile, desktop, and experiential digital platforms
- Be organized, work gracefully under pressure and switch between projects seamlessly in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Mac OSX, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
- Ability to translate business insights into creative execution
- Excellent collaboration skills
