Eat Just, Inc. is looking for a Copywriter in San Francisco, CA, USA. Not an ordinary Copywriter but the kind of Copywriter that makes other Copywriters question their Copywriter-ness.
We’re looking for a hungry, highly creative individual with a passion for the craft of writing who can help us do it all. You will develop and refine written content for Marketing, PR, Leadership and the larger organization to ensure our brand is consistently emulated across all channels and platforms.
Your outside-the-box conceptual thinking and creativity will shape the team's work in a way that's fresh and exciting, having a significant impact on the success of our brand, and ultimately Eat Just.
Develop deep understanding of our brand and tone of voice; craft effective copy in said voice
Partner with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that meets brand and business priorities including
Produce brand messaging across range of internally and externally facing touch points including advertising, social media channels, emails, landing pages, storyboards, slide decks and print collateral
Channel the feelings, thoughts and impressions of the consumer and be the voice for our brand’s overall usability experience
Strategize how we use copy across all channels and audiences; develop standardized practices for internal use
Dedicate time to internally facing copy and content from foundational materials on mission and values to timely employee communications
Proactively develop solutions for scaling on-brand copy across teams, projects, and channels
Be borderline obsessive when it comes to editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
Education and Experience
5+ years of experience as a Content Developer/Content writer in a creative studio, agency, or working in-house for a brand-focused company
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in English, Writing, Communications, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications
Be fluent in concepting and developing content for all platforms/channels (everything from social media posts to leadership bios for investor relations)
