JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Junior Designer to produce unique digital and social creative solutions to address our marketing needs. This role will include designing mockups, social assets and decks with strategy and tech in mind.
To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, a desire for conceptual understanding of animation, and a respect for brands’ guidelines and tone of voice. You should have experience or at least a strong desire to work with a team and collaborate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design projects, from conception to delivery
Maintain brand consistency throughout all of our marketing projects
Contribute to generation of ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
Thrive in a collaborative team environment
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-2 years’ work experience as a Junior Designer or similar role
Portfolio of completed design projects and campaigns
Experience presenting work internally
Ability to take on constructive feedback
Experience with the Adobe Suite
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
Attention to visual details
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
