Look At This! it's a Freelance job

You're probably not one to take a job just to make your friends jealous, but in case you are, Twitch is hiring a Freelance Copywriter in San Francisco, CA, USA.

About

Words. What do they even mean? If you know the answer, and if you have no problem incorporating “Kappa” or “Jebaited” into your vocabulary, we want to hear from you.

Who are we? We’re Twitch’s in-house creative team, and we’re looking for a copywriter to join us at our San Francisco headquarters for six months. Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience writing blogs, emails, social posts, banner ads, websites, and everything else in a copywriter’s repertoire.

Wherever we show up in the world, we need to sound like us. So if you’re a Twitch fan yourself, or if you have a background in games or streaming, even better.

Our team is relatively small, but our impact isn’t. We work with several of Twitch’s internal teams, including esports, community, social, and events. We also partner with game publishers and creative agencies when the job calls for it.

Here are some things you can look forward to while working with us at Twitch HQ:

-Money
-Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And snacks
-A work laptop and a desk
-An easy commute (just a short walk from Montgomery Bart station)
-A chance to leave your mark on an exciting, growing brand
-Friendship (no Kappa)
