Can You Believe It?! it's a Full-time job

The primary responsibility of the Senior Graphic Designer for ABC Carpet & Home is to concept and execute creative assets across all touchpoints. This includes day to day, special & branded projects both digital and print. This role will require high-level concept generation, development of visual designs and layouts, and creation of standards for go-forward marketing initiatives across all of the brands platforms. This position will focus on both everyday & foundational, brand needs and will report into the Art Director.

You will be working on projects, including but not limited to:
Email marketing, direct mail, digital advertising, social media, packaging, OOH, signage systems & more…

You will be required to:
Expand upon and apply our new brand identity across all channels.
Elevate & redesign abc’s digital visual language through the creation of original and inspiring content.
Reimagine our email marketing and automated customer facing platforms.
Develop signage systems/templates for go-forward in-store signage needs.
Establish guidelines for social media (Templates and design standards).
Lead design across all communication touch points
Support art director on concepts for photoshoots
Manage production processes from conceptualization to execution; partnering closely with the project manager to meet goals and deadlines in delivering creative that is accurate and consistent
Manage & mentor Junior Graphic Designer.

In this role you will work directly with the Art Director and designers. Collaborate with marketing team and merchandisers for the planning & development of each special project

The Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in art, design, graphics, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years related experience in graphic design
Advanced proficiency with Mac platforms, Adobe Suite, Sketch.
Experience in strategic brand development, branding, and marketing equities
Experience designing digital content such as web assets, social media, online advert
