Zendesk is looking for a Creative Director who can lead the Brand Design Team, build bridges with our partners in other departments, and guide the growth and evolution of our brand’s look and feel.

Zendesk is a fast growing company, and our brand has been a big factor in our success. The Design Team is at the heart of the action, working on everything from tweets to t-shirts, billboards to boardroom presentations. We need a Creative Director who can help us handle it all—and that means wearing a lot of different hats. You will need to be the face of the Zendesk Design Team, speaking at Town Halls, and out in the design community community at large. You will need to collaborate with all brand disciplines, and help build a better connection to the Product Design practice. And you will need to act as creative lead on high visibility brand projects. (Also, if you already have a hat that says “creative lead,” that would be like, super convenient.)

In short, we need The. Best. Creative. Director. Ever. The ideal candidate is someone who can inspire the team, foster collaboration, and help creative leadership solve all the tricky riddles that come with riding a rocket ship to the top of the tech company sales charts.
