the dtx company is looking for an UX Designer in New York, NY, USA. Not an blah UX Designer but the kind of UX Designer that makes other UX Designers question their UX Designer-ness.
A little about us:
Our mission is “direct to everything.” Founded by the former CEO of AOL and President of Google Americas, dtx is building a tech enabled ecosystem that creates direct connections between consumers and brands. Our first product, Flowcode, connects people directly and instantly without the need to go through established digital platforms. Users make deliberate choices rather than being algorithmically targeted or manipulated. Flowcode is a fast, easy and simple way to connect with people, brands, and experiences directly.
Our team is comprised of a mix of large company executives, startup founders, and recent graduates. We are focused on building a powerfully diverse workforce, not just because it is the right thing to do, but because it expands the potential of our business exponentially.
You will build the first web prototype of our Flowcode site and product. Flowcodes connect people directly and instantly without the need to go through established digital platforms. Users make deliberate choices rather than being algorithmically targeted or manipulated.
You will be responsible for developing an intuitive, functional, and beautiful site for people to create their own codes and manage their accounts. You will also help design similarly captivating experiences for each unique outcome following engagement with the Flowcode.
What you have in your toolkit:
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
UX/UI experience with both B2B and B2C products
Experience A/B testing B2C designs
Strong analytical horse power and track record of making decisions backed by data
A rigorous process of user research followed by uncompromising design
