What You’ll Do:
• Be an entrepreneurial/self-starter who is comfortable leading a project, specifically a branding assignment
• Collaborate and present with internal teams, external vendors and the client
• Present design work to clients emphasizing strategic value developed in art and copy
• Foster positive relationships between Creative Department and other departments with a high degree of collaboration
• Seeks out exceptional talent for the accounts they oversee and works with Human Resources in developing positive candidate sourcing

Who You Are:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience
• You have 7 or more years of experience at the Associate Creative Director level
• You experience working in an integrated agency environment
• You are creative with a robust knowledge of digital production nuances
• You have a deep understanding of integrated marketing practices and digital production
• You have a deep understanding of design practices
• You have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple high-profile projects between clients
• You have the ability to engage clients and develop strong working relationships
• You understand systematic design principles
• You are someone with strong attention to detail
• You are a design problem solver
• You are a dynamic presenter and have excellent communication skills
