Sub Rosa is looking for a Freelance Creative Project Producer in New York, NY, USA.
Sub Rosa is a strategy and design practice headquartered in New York’s West Village. We create strategies and solutions that empower leaders and evolve organizations. Our work is grounded in Applied Empathy, a methodology created by Sub Rosa that brings insights and action together to drive change.
The Producer’s primary responsibility is to lead client projects, from kick-off to final delivery in order to ensure a well-organized, high-quality, on-time, on-budget execution. The producer is the primary point of contact for all client and internal communication, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking deliverables and feedback.
As the client’s eyes and ears inside the organization, producers push work from good to great providing creative and strategic guidance and support across all deliverables. They are the glue that holds a project together internally and externally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Drafting SOWs and project plans
Managing projects and regularly tracking against timeline, budget, resources, client requests, and SOW
Facilitating approval/review process for deliverables across internal stakeholders, departments, vendors, and clients
Organizing all project materials, and process documents
Assessing project risks and providing clear actionable solutions
Tracking and reporting project status and health to internal team and leadership
Participating in brainstorms and ideation sessions
Sharing relevant stimulus and updates with project teams
Single point of contact for client team, guiding and facilitating conversations and presentations
Supporting the Business Development team in writing proposals and credentials documents

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3-years of relevant work as an Account/Project Manager in an agency setting
Comfortable with a variety of project types including brand strategy, experience design, ethnographic research, design production, culture and capability building, retail design, brand activations etc.
Experience recruiting and managing respondents for focus groups
Excellent organization and time management skills
An aptitude for negotiation between client and agency and between studio departments
An innate ability to think critically, tackle challenges head-on and problem solve on a daily basis
A strong attention to detail and dedication to quality assurance
Ability to adapt and pivot to fluctuating and fast-paced environments
Regularly provides and requests feedback from colleagues
Radiates positivity, thoughtfully balancing optimism with project realities
Consistent ‘can-do’ attitude where no job is too small or big
Calmest person in the room, maintains a professional positive demeanor at all times
Intermediate/Advanced Google Suite, MS Office Skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator)
Proficiency in workflow documentation and technical writing is a plus
