You’ll tackle this unique opportunity to develop design strategies and align user-centered motivations and behaviors with business goals such as lead-gen, engagement and user journey. You'll be in charge of creating user-centric digital designs that are useful, usable, thoughtful, desirable and enjoyable experiences that simultaneously achieve business goals.

As part of the Digital UX team at Salesforce, you will:
-Help drive the growth of a user-centric culture, priorities, programs and best practices
-Participate in strategic discovery, discussions, and decisions about design and technology platforms, options and alternative solutions
-Be an expert with a strong portfolio in UX design, IA and visual design
-Present effectively to key stakeholders, defend findings, and make recommendations
-Plan, run, and manage an effective project kickoff event
-Solicit feedback from the team on a regular basis and iterate your design based on research results
-Be in charge of redesigning key experiences of Salesforce.com by prioritizing the top pages, features and forecasting the impact of the proposed design
-Think strategically in the understanding of users, personas and their behavior based
-Balance user needs with business goals and technical capabilities

Experience / Skills Required:
-4+ years of experience designing and delivering lead-gen products in cross-functional teams from start to finish
-Have deep knowledge of web and native mobile standards, best practices and latest trends.
-Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product
-Understand the technologies and platforms that support content management systems, preferably AEM
-Expert knowledge of design and prototyping tools
-BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience
