We are looking to hire an experienced designer to support two projects immediately:

One project focuses on developing visually compelling posters and outreach materials tailored to vulnerable communities, including farmworkers and Spanish-speaking audiences. The candidate should have a strong portfolio of work designed for public-facing spaces such as laundromats, Mexican markets, etc. Proficiency in creating content for social media platforms is also required.

The other project will require designing a wide range of assets—including flyers, posters, pocket-sized materials, and social media graphics—with a strategic approach to reaching vulnerable and hard-to-reach populations. The ideal candidate has experience working on government, nonprofit, or foundation-led campaigns, and understands how to tailor messaging and visuals across formats and audiences.
