Buck Mason is looking for a Jr. Art Director to join our Women’s team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and strong digital communicator with exceptional taste and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Develop concepts through research and creative exploration
- Own and execute innovative, editorial storytelling across print and digital mediums, including site updates, emails, social media, in-store, and packaging
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is clearly communicated
- Produce new concepts to refine creative across all elements, including but not limited to—graphic design, photo and video direction, art direction, and community collaborations
- Assist the lead Art Director with pre- and post-production for photoshoots, including research, concept, shotlists, retouching, and asset distribution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative leads, design, visual merchandising, and marketing

Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, illustration, and animation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with content creation and video production a plus
