We are seeking a freelance video producer to lead the creative production of YouTube ads for a premier global job platform. This role involves managing all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning to post-production oversight, ensuring high-quality and effective ad content.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of YouTube ads from concept to delivery.
Manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients and production teams to execute projects efficiently.
Handle pre-production tasks, including location scouting, permitting, shoot team structuring, and concept development support.
Lead on-set line production and post-production oversight.

Requirements:
Proven experience producing YouTube ads, organic social content production specifically
Experience managing concept or acting as the line producer on the shoots
Strong project management and client relationship skills.
Proficiency in video production tools and workflow management.
Flexible, organized, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
