We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Art Director to join our team at Recreation.

The Senior Art Director will lead strategic creative efforts for clients, managing brand and product deliverables. This role demands a dynamic leader with critical thinking skills and hands-on experience in brand and product marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing design systems, managing multiple projects, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operational excellence.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in creative or a similar role.
- Mastery in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Webflow, Figma, Creative copywriting
- Nice to have: Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Bridge, Adobe XD, Adobe Fresco, Procreate, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C content creation
