Your primary responsibility will be collaborating with creatives and cross divisional teams of merchants and marketers to design omnichannel campaigns.

3-5 years experience as a full time graphic designer either in-house or at agency
* Strong grasp of design and visual expression, ability to bring meaningful ideas to life through design, ability to design in service of strategy
* Ability to take complicated inputs and translate them into simple customer experiences
* Experience with authoring brand standards or campaign asset guides is helpful
* Ability to speak to (and design for) multiple channels; store environment, social media, digital, film/video
* Ability to work as a team; take direction; work iteratively
* Ability to manage multiple projects on different timelines
* Experience with print design and standards (direct mail like catalogs, mailers, postcards, signage)
* Ability to temper design effort to match budget and timeline
* Ability to work flexible schedules occasionally to meet deadlines
* Adobe creative suite, Figma, other emerging design technologies as relevant to our creative practice
