About
Quartermaster is seeking a full-time Brand Designer to craft and evolve brand identities across client accounts and internal brands. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in our Chicago office, though strong remote candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling, culturally attuned visual identities across all touchpoints.
- Create high-quality designs for digital and print, including brand identity, websites, social, packaging, and more.
- Maintain brand standards for entertainment, CPG, and B2B clients, ensuring cohesive execution.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to produce innovative, on-brand work.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends to inspire fresh, relevant brand visuals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in brand design (agency experience preferred) with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma (for web & UX).
- Strong visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Light animation/video editing skills preferred.
