Gold Front is looking to hire a Designer to join our team. The person we’re seeking is experienced in brand and UX design, and building visual identity systems that play in culture. You will be responsible for helping translate brand strategies into unique design, guiding clients towards great work and collaborating with our team of designers.

This position can be filled by someone able to work during United States—Pacific Time Zone preferred hours, and will be fully remote.

Responsibilities
- Develop assets across ongoing brand, web and visual design projects
- Meet with clients to address their needs and conceptualize those requests into great design
- Complete oversight of all design projects from start to finish
- Ownership / development of design processes and systems within our company
- Collaborate with additional creative teams to help shape the creative expression of varying project types
- Collaborate with project management to ensure that initiatives have appropriate resources for development, and are ultimately delivered on time and within budget

Requirements
- 1-3 years industry experience as a designer
- Fluent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software
- Strong and unique creative voice
- Experience translating our B2B and B2C clients’ needs into compelling design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
