Look At That! it's a Freelance job

Pirate Wires ( https://www.piratewires.com/ ) is a new, venture-funded media company covering the intersection of technology, politics, and culture. We're looking for a producer for our forthcoming show (video & podcast formats).

The weekly show/podcast will be in a discussion format. Your role will include:
- creative direction of the shows
- post-processing of each show (audio, color, etc.)
- development of intros/outros and eventually mid-roll ad spots
- repurposing of show content for social media (ie. shorts that can be posted on Twitter and Instagram and TikTok)

The right candidate must have:
- must be interested in the provocative and wide-ranging viewpoints that come with the Pirate Wires brand, and must have an understanding of culture and the themes we cover
- a strong portfolio that showcases their video processing skills
- great taste and creativity, yet an ability to create within the Pirate Wires brand guidelines.

Bonus points if:
- you're willing to be on-site at our Miami HQ
- you've produced a podcast or similar show before
