Hot Damn! it's a Freelance job

We are looking for a freelance Sr. Visual Designer to join our team of friendly, collaborative designers and copywriters. In the role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering strategic, on brand, highly impactful digital creative. This role requires critical thinking, a high level of business acumen, digital design expertise and the ability to work independently.

What You'll Do:
• Deliver marketing objectives through world-class design by leveraging CarGurus visual identity
• Be a digital design expert: knowledge of emerging tools, technologies, design trends and strategies
• Deliver website & landing page designs within brand guidelines, efficiently & with minimal supervision
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality design, with the lens of business outcomes
• Fulfill multiple project requests within defined deadlines
• Present creative ideas effectively and be able to manage and implement feedback
• Have a strong foundation of UX/UI and design fundamentals and visual storytelling

What You'll Need:
• Expert level in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven ability to design website, landing pages, email templates and other digital marketing formats
• Strong experience in designing no-code web pages (Webflow, Wordpress, etc)
• UX/UI fundamentals, including design systems and CSS
• Ability to translate business goals into world-class design.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or a minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
