As a Digital Design Director at Resn, you’ll be responsible for the design direction for an upcoming project. You’ll work hand in hand with other creatives and a broader client-side team. You’ll demonstrate an ability to lead a creative team and champion unique audience-centric experiences with crafted UX design and an awareness of interactive motion design.

You'll ultimately be responsible for creating a fully fleshed atomic design system for this project.

Skills and Experience
- 7+ years experience designing / Design directing award winning high end interactive projects.
- 3+ years experience leading a design team.
- Oozes communication abilities, both internal team and external client communication.
- Strong English skills are essential (both written and spoken).
- Strong planning and time management, including consideration for motion and interaction (animations and transitions).
- An eye and passion for design detail.
- Hands on - we expect you to be on the tools creating awesome work (probably in figma) as well as inspiring the team.
- Motion design is a bonus.

Ideally you'll be based in New Zealand, however, would consider AU or West Coast USA, or similar time zone. This opportunity would start over the next few weeks.
