Ready Set Rocket is seeking a strategic, forward-thinking designer with a strong point of view on designing brands that are part of the cultural conversation. The ideal candidate will have a beautiful portfolio showcasing their eye for typography, design systems, art direction, and attention to detail, with 3+ years of experience working in the industry, preferably in an agency environment.

This position offers a ton of opportunity for growth and high-level work for a variety of notable clients across finance, sports, media, cultural institutions, and more while working with a brilliant, cross-functional team in a highly-collaborative environment.

As a Designer at Ready Set Rocket, you will:

Be responsible for interpreting creative briefs into thoughtful solutions that demonstrate a strong design aesthetic and understanding of the brand and strategy.
Design a wide range of deliverables including social content, digital ads, websites, storyboards, brand collateral, emails, print collateral, OOH and more.
Understand an established design system and scale it to new mediums and assets including responsive web, custom infographics, native applications, and social content.
Design storyboards for motion projects.
Ensure design quality is maintained from design to site launch to optimization — including design QA.
Have a curiosity about and familiarity with AI tools and be eager to explore their potential application in our creative work by integrating AI tools and techniques into the design process to make an even greater impact at Ready Set Rocket.
