We're seeking an accomplished Senior Art Director to join our creative team with our automotive client. You will work on 360 creative campaigns for a new Sustainable Energy division, directing creative that ranges from branding and creating TV spots to huge social first activations. An understanding of social and how those activations might come to life is important for this role.
Responsibilities:
Develop creative solutions that will live across all forms of media
Contribute new ideas and fresh solutions to the development of all creative concepts
Collaborate with Senior Copywriter, lead projects of any scope through to completion
Manage the daily progress of a project from start to finish
Understand and find excitement in diverse media outlets, evolving technologies, and current trends
Rally junior associates to meet project goals on time, on budget and with an unforgiving eye on quality
Lead work, and create and develop inspiring ideas
Establish client relationships, managing presentations and working directly with clients on productions
Art Direct all different forms of media, including manifestos, scripts, digital and content
Appreciate the importance of strategy, and ensure that all ideas are on brief
Manage multiple clients and deliverables simultaneously
Handle all facets of production and post-production
Work with all disciplines to deliver projects of creative excellence
Give and receive constructive feedback
Find creative opportunities on even the most challenging of clients
Qualifications:
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building ideas and executions
4+ Years Agency Experience
Strong and thorough understanding of Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Multi-faceted in developing different types of creative media
Production experience and ability to handle different types of productions
Expert storytelling skills
