About the Role
In this highly collaborative role, you will work cross-functionally with creative and marketing team members to plan, manage, and deliver brand marketing projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative to own projects from start to end working closely with key stakeholders throughout the process. This role will leverage your understanding of creative team processes to drive brand and marketing design projects.

You will work directly with our Lead Producer on a growing team that develops and implements creative across a broad spectrum of brand touch points.

Key Contribution Areas
-Project Management/Creative Production
-Own, manage, deliver a mix of large and small projects, with overlapping importance and urgency
-Ensure tight inter-team alignment and communication, keeping everyone focused on what's important
-Work with internal team throughout creative process from creative brief through to release
-Work with the lead producer planning and producing creative campaigns and digital projects from inception to execution
-Assign, prioritize, manage internal and external resources

About You
-Broad knowledge of design and creative processes, excellent communication and project management skills, strong cross-functional relationship-building capacity
-4-6 years of experience as a project manager/creative producer (Agency experience is a plus)
-A dedication to delivering great work and passionate about delivering projects that make a difference
-Experience with project management tools Asana and Smartsheet
-Experience managing and delivering a variety of creative projects including product launches, growth campaigns, websites, branding and identity
-Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
-Detail-oriented with extraordinary organizational skills
-Understanding of process and workflow methodologies
-Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace
