As a senior strategic face of Pennebaker, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting and implementing clients’ strategic plans. You must understand business drivers and align them with marketing communication strategies. Your primary responsibility is to be a strategic authority that will develop and implement a strategic marketing communication strategy that aligns with the client’s business goals. The position reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct industry, client, and competitive research.
Develop and propose integrated strategic marketing and communications plans, lead market studies, and other initiatives that inform brand, marketing, and business decisions.
Analyze and optimize the successful outcome of marketing campaigns.
Facilitate client meetings and workshops and create brand reports.
Pitch and secure business deals with partners, including support in developing proposals.
Collaborate with Client Success Managers to align clients’ business strategy with an actionable marketing communications plan.
Work closely with the creative team and Client Success Managers to ensure campaigns are executed at the highest level.
Manage client expectations, and act as the primary authority to guide them through plans.
Work with the senior leadership to present proposals and creative work to clients.
Act as the marketing consultant for multiple clients while influencing key strategic initiatives for multiple projects across various industries.
