As Sales Content Project Manager at Pinterest, you’ll manage the process for developing world-class sales collateral that brings Pinterest’s story to life and grows our partnerships with advertisers. A systems thinker, you’ll oversee the day-to-day workflow for sales content, but also the longer-term planning and resourcing. You’ve got strong creative instincts and experience project-managing high-stakes marketing and content projects. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross functionally with other key teams at Pinterest, like Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales Operations and Sales Enablement. (This is initially a 12-month contract role with the potential to renew for a total of 24 months.)

What you’ll do:
Manage the end-to-end development of world-class sales content that supports Pinterest marketing’s highest priorities
Work with subject matter experts, marketers, writers and designers to identify and rank priorities to make sure we deliver the most impactful collateral
Lead meetings and project documentation like schedules, meeting notes and weekly reports to share with stakeholders and project teams
Manage the feedback and revisions process to ensure quality is high and projects are on time and in scope
Plan and manage launches for sales content, making sure collateral is easy to find and access
Partner with sales team to monitor use and impact of sales content and report results to stakeholders on a regular basis

What we’re looking for:
3 to 5 years experience working as a project manager at a tech/product company, digital agency or advertising agency focused on content creation
A pro at resourcing projects, creating workback schedules and keeping complicated projects on track
Experience working with creatives like writers and designers as well as with internal stakeholders
A creative problem solver: You’re always anticipating the unexpected, proactive about resolving issues that come up and developing backup plans
