About
The Senior Designer works with the team to translate strategic goals into effective design solutions for mid to complex, high-end projects. This role reports to the creative leads, collaborates with team members, and thinks strategically. You support new business initiatives and enjoy working in the B2B space.
Responsibilities:
Report to the Creative Directors and keep them informed of workflow and key decisions.
Attend design briefings and help the Creative Directors produce design briefs
Accept creative input, continuing to refine and adjust design concepts to meet the agreed communication objectives
Develop design concepts that meet the communication objectives presented in the design brief
Attend and participate in creative review sessions, articulating the specifics of his/her particular design directions
Participate in client creative solution presentations
Support the account team in compiling and preparing materials for the design brief
Be involved in analysis planning
Participate in the direction of visual materials for presentations, including video and other digital media
Qualifications:
BFA or equivalent in a design related profession
7+ years of practical, on-the-job experience
Agency experience a plus
