We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Executive Producer to oversee the creative production business and manage our clients, projects, and teams with precision. Our production staff work as embedded production units inside of client teams, perform ongoing creative services for marketing orgs, and produce campaigns on contract for agency and brand partners.

The Executive Producer works under our Head of Production and closely with other departments such as creative, finance, and operations.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, empathy and communication skills are essential as this role requires overseeing a slate of productions and the teams working on them. The role requires a particular focus on ensuring our client’s needs are met, budgets are on track, processes are followed, and that our producers keep things running smoothly.
