The Executive Creative Director will lead the creative vision for the account and activate the team to reach their shared goals for the brand, the business and the company. You are leading a number of creative leads and teams in areas of creative excellence, account growth, problem-solving and talent development. The account is digital-first with a focus on advertising, social, activations and film. A history of building experiences on platforms (Meta, Instagram, reddit, snap, Pinterest, etc.) is required.

You are a ‘Discipline Visionary’: you are here in a leadership capacity to provide agency-level oversight and respond to factors in the industry that have a broad impact on CM and the work. You are the connective tissue between multiple account groups, agency partners and regional leads, as well as between agency leadership and the Creative discipline at large. You understand technology, media, prototyping, conceptual storytelling and you know how to sell things that don’t yet exist.
