Neighborhood Watch (www.neighborhoodwatch.tv) is a growing independent commercial and film production company based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We are seeking a freelance Executive Producer to join the team January 2023 through April 2023, with the opportunity to extend further. This is a full time and remote role.

We value creativity, professionalism, friendliness, and a team-player attitude. The Executive Producer will work closely with our Founders, and work independently overseeing the following tasks:

-Collaborate with Sales Reps to build Wiredrive reels and create various sales tools assets (decks with company/director bios, obtaining new work from directors for use in reels, etc)

-Build reels in Wiredrive

-Communicate/Coordinate with Directors

-Support Director Treatments via Copywriting & Image Pull/Layout, onboarding of freelance treatment teams

-Bid all commercial projects including creation of showbiz file, production calendar and bid letter (Work with the support of the Head of Production)

-Liaise closely with Agency Producer during the bidding process including setting all calls, understanding necessary background/context

-Provide direction/instruction to Head of Production role

-Work with the Head of Production to Onboard freelance line producers and ongoing support of freelance team to ensure NW protocols are being adhered

-Build a strong core creative team for all commercial jobs (LP, DP, PD, etc)

-Support ongoing jobs and shoots by ensuring that Director and Agency are happy and that scope is being adhered to

-Attend shoots as a representative of the Production Company and ally of the Director

-Work with Head of Production to Wrap Jobs (Wrap Call with Line Producer, Audit with Accounting, Finalizing any missing POs, Payroll)

-Work with Bookkeeper to approve and disperse job costs, create agency billing invoices, etc.
