OLIPOP is a new kind of soda crafted with prebiotics, botanicals and plant fiber. We were founded in 2017 to bring the benefits of digestive health to as many people as possible. We're seeking a vibrant and skilled Designer for a freelance to potential full-time role, who is passionate about innovation, creativity, and design. Someone curious and collaborative who understands modern trends, but is thoughtful in extending our visual language. You’ll be responsible for designing and producing for multiple channels, expanding the visual presence of the brand, and supporting the creative and marketing team.

Our team is a special bunch. We’re fully remote, which makes us highly collaborative and resourceful. We’re tightly knit, genuine, and always pushing the envelope to do a better job than we did the day before.

- Role responsible for concepting and designing display and video assets for social and digital channels–strong design, editing and execution skills required.
- Research social and content trends, ideas and competitors and cutting-edge executions to inform and propose new content to the creative team.
- Create monthly Instagram feeds with a mix of new content ideas and our existing photography.
- Responsible for working with and directing photographers, content creators, and videographers. - Ability to work with our influencer team on content management.
- Must have strong typography skills, a love and mastery of photoshop, and be very comfortable in all adobe programs. Familiar with retouching, color correction and grading.
- Identify opportunities to elevate our brand, stay up to date on best practices of digital & social design, and basic UX.
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
- Ability to film/edit content is a plus.

3-4 years design experience, developing and creating for digital/social strategies + campaigns.
Deeply passionate about OLIPOP, with a desire to make an impact on people and society.
Solid understanding of creative, design and marketing processes.
Passion for creative brand development and storytelling, with strong vision and point of view.
Ability to empathize.
Adaptable, resourceful, forward thinking and eager for continuous growth.
