You’ll be working on:
- Assisting in the structure and website architecture development
- Consideration of user experience within the development process
- Assist project managers in breaking down projects into phases and assign relevant development resources
- Help mentor, manage, and advocate for a small team of developers
- Collaborating with teammates across agency disciplines
- Code reviews and participation in team knowledge-sharing sessions
- Client presentations and training sessions
