Figure is a brand design agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our small team tackles brand strategy, brand identity design, product design, and campaign creation for companies primarily in sustainable technology, design, and outdoor sport.

We’re seeking an experienced, multidisciplinary designer who has a strong interest in people and brands. This designer will be able to show multiple projects in which they’ve developed clear, thoughtful brand directions for clients in various industries.

You’ll be a great fit for this role if: You’re a seasoned designer with a range of experiences and a growing network of illustrators, animators, and photographers that you’re comfortable directing. You enjoy presenting to clients and collaborating with them on projects. You enjoy turning strategy and creative direction into clear brand design directions that are clearly scalable by the design team. You’re a design leader who enjoys and is able to bring both the internal designers and external contractors along during the creative process.

You’ll be a design leader on the Figure team, working closely with the Creative Director & Strategist to convert the results of our brand workshop into scalable brand identities for our clients, as well as develop directions for briefs outside of the initial branding process. You’ll communicate directly with clients about your ideas & collaborate with them through the process. You’ll be expected to work on multiple projects from research through strategy to design and execution.

Salt Lake City-based. Figure operated on a hybrid work schedule: three days a week in our downtown Salt Lake City offices, two days a week flexible in-office or remote.
