Look At That! it's a Freelance job

We are looking for an experienced Producer to join our team on a freelance basis. This individual will support the internal production function and executing video across our digital and growth platforms, collaborating with key cross functional partners to deliver short-form and docu style video content for our various channels. . We’re looking for someone who is fueled by curiosity and committed to storytelling with creativity, humanity, and an eye for detail.

Reporting to the Director of Production, the successful candidate will have a strong video background, including post production management , a passion for storytelling, and a track record of creating engaging video-driven content across platforms.

Strong preference for docu style and nimble filmmaking.

- Manage post production timelines, stakeholder check-ins, and track projects in Asana
- Support the ideation and execution of video content across various channels.
- Demonstrate creative vision, understanding the needs of the customer and the consumer, keeping ahead of health and wellness trends and sharing new ideas for owned storytelling opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners including those in Growth, Brand Creative, Communications and Research & Nutrition.Ensure all content is on brand and within brand guidelines
- Upload files to and DAM management
- Travel to attend IRL shoots and events, as needed
- Support other producers and projects as needed to drive business results
