Look At That! it's a Full-time job

Ideation and creation of assets, including digital images, UGC-style photography and video, editing, etc
Work with Social Media Manager and creative team to concept and plan monthly always on and campaign-specific content for social
Leverage our brand standards and social media calendar, create assets that are engaging and aligned with strategy
Anticipate and meet deadlines for social asset needs
Flexibility to adjust to evolving needs and priorities, including supporting other members of the marketing team (PR, customer experience, retail teams)
Work with our content creators to create briefs, edit, and optimize content based on our campaign goals and brand standards
Willingness to help out with other art direction or design needs as they arise, outside of social
Facilitates communication between departments when needed
Reports to the Creative Director

Requirements
1-3 years of experience
In-house brand or agency experience required
Submission of a portfolio with relevant work experience
Working knowledge of design tools (photoshop, illustrator, premiere / video editor, figma)
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and general content on instagram and tiktok
Bonus skills: animation
