Luna Market Inc. seeks an experienced Digital Producer to work on a contract or freelance basis to complete a variety of projects and assignments.

What you get to do...

-Create creative SOWs for project
-Effectively assign creatives to tasks based on skill set
-Translate client briefs into resource requirements
-Generate resources for projects
-Find and hire creative talent.
-Work closely with creative director/art director to ensure look and feel is correct
-Create creative timeline for projects
-Ensure that creative team is working within timeline
-Give regular updates to executives on progress and pain points
-Sourcing talent in situations when we are short staffed
-Ensure we are not going to go over budget
-Negotiate with creatives/contractors on rates
-Provide feedback to creatives on how to work more efficiently
-Maintain relationships with outsourced creative talent
-Create client updates in Keynote/Google Docs

What it takes to be successful...

-4-8 years of experience in a similar role
-Experience in technology or related fields
-Experience in producing animated work & 3D production
-Experience in artist/creator outreach
-Experience in film, advertising, or marketing

-Experience in the web3 space
-Proficient in Keynote
-Worked in a startup environment
