THE TEAM / The Senior Producer, Motion will be responsible for leading the charge on motion design and animation projects in SuperJoy. From bidding through delivery, this person will work with the EP of Content, Production Director of Motion/Design, SuperJoy artists and agency partners (Producer and Creatives), executing high quality content for broadcast, digital, and social needs.

YOU ARE / A creative producer that understands how to bid and develop quality work. You are agile as you roll with the punches, bringing creative solutions to projects of all shapes and sizes. Creatives, producers and artists trust your instincts.

YOUR IMPACT / You will:
• Field new project requests
• Develop, negotiate, and provide post-production bids to the agency production teams
• Work with the Resource Manager on all artist scheduling and bookings.
• Manage multiple projects, including delegating projects to associate and mid producers as necessary
• Work with the EP of Content to develop and grow our motion roster
• Establish strategic relationships with agency producers and creatives

YOU HAVE
• 5-10 years of post-production experience. In-house/agency experience a plus.
• Deep knowledge of motion design and animation workflows (2D and 3D), softwares, and process.
• Working knowledge of AICP post bidding. Experience with bidding softwares like ShowBiz a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive with excellent critical thinking skills
• Creative-first mentality
