At 20nine, Project Managers are responsible for masterminding and defining the scope of projects. They coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the client’s specifications.

They’re the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization, budget, and timeline.

So, what we’re looking for is a person who’s comfortable with and has experience delegating to 15 or more staff members. They should be creative, collaborative, and dedicated.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
o Approximately 3-6 years of relevant PM experience
o Experience in advertising/marketing required, agency experience a plus
o Working knowledge of Workamajig and Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint); Smartsheet a plus
o Advanced time management, organization, and analytical skills
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a can-do attitude
o Eagerness to learn and collaborate
