THE ROLE:

We are seeking talented book designers and illustrators to join our fast-growing community of top talent in publishing. Reedsy's vetted group of freelancers have worked on a range of widely acclaimed novels, such as The Hunger Games, Originals (Adam Grant), and His Dark Materials series (Phillip Pullman).

There are hundreds of authors currently looking for designers and illustrators on Reedsy. Reedsy allows you to pick which genres you'd like to work on so you only receive projects in your area of interest. You will work where and when you want, and set your own rates.

Our selection requirements are:

- Full-time professional experience in design.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience on at least 5 published and well-reviewed books (available on Amazon, Google Play or Apple Books).

A history of high-quality work with a bestselling author or on a bestselling book, or experience with a renowned publishing company will be positively valued.
