We were founded in 1990, when emails were faxes, edits were shared on tape, and half our team wasn’t born yet. From our beginnings as a movie trailer house, to our expansion into game marketing and our evolution into an integrated creative agency and production studio, we have been unified by the goal of creating original, entertainment driven experiences for brands, audiences and our clients. As a member of the Art Department at Hammer, you’ll contribute to projects ranging from campaign style guides and motion graphics packages to commercials and motion comics . A few highlights from the last few years include:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Proficient at styling frames, specifically for motion graphic centric projects, including but not limited to title cards, logo resolves and brand looks

Can work with direction but also self reliant to conceptualize and develop looks.

Proficient in Photoshop, After Effects. Have working experience with Cinema4d

Must be design forward and have a keen sense of typography

Must have a keen understanding of how design goes into motion. We are not looking for a print designer or interactive designer.

Must be at an experience level that they’re both comfortable to take direction but also are equally capable of taking a project from conception through to final design on their own.
