Location: NY, SF, LA, or Remote
Role summary: As Director of the Tia Creative Team, your role is to guide, manage, and build a stellar team of creatives across copy, storytelling, and design. With your direction, the stories the creative team makes establish Tia as THE transformative leader in women’s health and a distinct voice for the reimagining of women’s healthcare. This role will collaborate and communicate across the company from marketing to member experience to clinical ops and beyond to produce work that establishes Tia as the most loved and trusted brand in women’s health.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Creative, SVP of Marketing, CEO, and VP of Brand Marketing, and teams of designers and writers, you are constantly building, pushing, and developing how Tia communicates itself to the world. You are a storyteller at heart, with the ability to combine visual design and written word to produce standout brand and creative work. You’ve built systems before and deeply understand the importance of building for scalability, yet, also understand the need for flexibility in the face of quickly changing landscapes. You are also skilled at growing, building, guiding, and directing a team of writers and designers to make your vision come to life.
